Because in the morning we need to: awaken, cuddle, load our body, our mind, our heart!
And each of us has different needs!
That’s why, in choosing the morning menu, we have studied and analyzed needs and cultures of our guests.

Because of this, at our rich BUFFET you will find:
• salty: cold cuts typical of our area, always fresh and assorted;
• dessert: only cakes prepared by us! Simple ingredients, traditional recipes, natural leavening;
• fruit: fresh fruit or fruit salad every day;
• gluten-free: a corner with a good assortment of products, certified “Gluten Free”;
• cereals: selected, organic, combined with milk or yogurt;

and then … COFFEE!! Served directly from our cafeteria service!
